Withdrawal Policy

Processing timelines, limits, balance reservation, and payout guidelines.

1. Payout Channels

Withdrawals are disbursed to verified Pakistani bank accounts (e.g. Meezan Bank), local mobile wallets (EasyPaisa and JazzCash), and global USDT TRC20 wallets.

2. Fund Reservation Mechanism

To prevent double-spending and ensure audit consistency, requested withdrawal amounts are immediately moved from your Available Balance into Reserved Balance. If a request is rejected by finance, the reserved amount is instantly restored to your available funds.

3. Processing Schedules

Withdrawal requests are processed daily by our authorized finance desk from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PKT. Standard processing duration is between 2 to 6 business hours upon verification.

4. Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depend on the selected payout channel (typically starting from PKR 500 up to PKR 500,000 daily). Any channel transaction fee is displayed transparently on the request form before submission.
